Note: While we strive to provide accurate descriptions and images of our products, actual colors and sizes may vary slightly due to monitor settings and natural variations in plants.

Important: Your order is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation email from us. If you do not receive a confirmation email within 24 hours, please contact our customer service.
We ship to most locations within the United States. Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on your location and the products ordered.
We aim to process and ship orders within 2-3 business days. However, during peak seasons, processing may take longer. Live plants are shipped using expedited methods to ensure their health upon arrival.
Risk of loss and title for items purchased from GreenThumb Gardens pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier. You are responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged or lost shipments.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we offer the following return policy:
We guarantee our live plants for 30 days from the date of purchase. If your plant arrives damaged or dies within 30 days under normal care conditions, we will replace it or issue a refund. To make a claim, please contact us with photos of the plant and your order number.
Most non-plant products can be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange, provided they are in original condition with packaging. Some items may be subject to a restocking fee.
Workshop registrations can be refunded if canceled at least 72 hours before the scheduled workshop. No refunds will be issued for cancellations with less than 72 hours notice.
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of GreenThumb Gardens and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries.
